Refund Policy
We are committed to fair and transparent cooperation with our customers by providing clear return and refund procedures.
Product Availability
Product availability marked as “in stock” is for informational purposes only and may change due to order volume.
If a product is unavailable:
- we will immediately inform the customer,
- offer an alternative product, or
- issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the moment the customer is informed and has submitted a refund request, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns
If a product is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, all return costs are borne by the customer.

If the received product is:
- incorrect or defective — we will replace it with an equivalent product,
- if replacement is not possible — a full refund will be issued.
Return and Refund Procedure
To return a product or request a refund:
- The customer completes a return/refund request form, stating the reason for the return.
- The completed form must be sent to: orders@revart.eu
- We will review the request in accordance with applicable law and respond accordingly.
The form can be:
- downloaded from the website,
- requested by email, or
- completed in person at our store (if applicable).

Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, please provide the following via email to orders@revart.eu:
- proof of purchase,
- order information,
- description of the issue,
- preferably photos of the product.
Our team will:
- evaluate the situation,
- respond within 5 business days,
- inform you about the next steps.
If the claim is approved:
- the customer sends the product to our specified address,
- after inspection, a refund is issued within 14 days,
- refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Additional Terms
- Full product price is refunded (excluding delivery costs)
- If the product was purchased during a promotion, the actual paid amount is refunded
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in cases of defective or incorrect products)
