Filalab ASA engineering material, created for harsh environments and is not afraid of the sun's UV rays, moisture and heat.
Main properties:
UV resistance: does not yellow and does not become brittle in direct sunlight.
Thermal resistance: Retains shape and mechanical strength at temperatures up to 100 0C
Filament melting temperature 270 0C. Recommended for use in closed-body printers with chamber heating and air filtration. During printing, irritating fumes are generated for the respiratory system.
Post-processing: Similar to ABS, it is easily sanded and polished with acetone vapors to a mirror-smooth surface.
Application: any functional parts located outdoors: car exterior parts, garden equipment, outdoor sensor housings.
