The Bambu Lab AMS lite is an automatic media system for A1 series 3D printers that enables multi-colour and multi-media printing. It provides automatic filament backup that minimises interruptions and improves spool compatibility for more options in material selection. With RFID technology for easy filament syncing and a maintenance-friendly design, it optimises the 3D printing process.

Automatic filament backup
The AMS lite ensures non-disruptive printing by continuously monitoring filament consumption. When one spool is empty, the system automatically switches to the next spool. This not only minimises interruptions, but also prevents filament waste due to manual spool changes.

Improved spool compatibility
The AMS lite offers improved spool compatibility with its spring-loaded, rotating spool holder. The central grip of the spool allows the use of various types of filament, including cardboard spools.
