Powered by compressed air and using a pre-mixed (Pre-Mix) solution, it produces thick, stable, and long-lasting foam for efficient surface coverage. The unit is equipped with a transparent tank for easy solution level monitoring, a front-facing drain valve for quick emptying, and an integrated hose storage system. Anti-kink hose protection ensures consistent flow and prevents hose damage, while the built-in in-line strainer protects the pump from debris and particles, extending service life and reducing maintenance requirements.
Designed for easy servicing, the FI-25N-FOAM features a modular construction with a hinged back plate and a quick-change pump system, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance. The unit can be customized for different chemical applications by selecting appropriate pump seal materials (Santoprene, Viton, or Kalrez), as well as color-coded hoses and lids.
