Additive Cleaner 100 is ready to use and easy to apply manually; simply spray it on and wipe it off with a clean cloth. This cleaner is the ideal choice for effortless 3D printer maintenance. It improves print quality in FFF printing and is gentle on materials, thus extending the lifespan of 3D printers. Furthermore, Additive Cleaner 100 can improve the adhesion of parts to the print bed in FDM printing. Main Function:
• Enhanced Adhesion: A substance applied to the print bed significantly improves the grip between the first layer of filament (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS) and the printing surface (glass, metal, PEI).
• Prevents Warping: Strong adhesion prevents the corners of parts from lifting and peeling from the base, known as the "warping" effect. This is a major cause of printing errors, especially when printing with materials that tend to shrink (such as ABS).
• Easy Separation: After printing is completed and the base has cooled, the agent acts as a separator, allowing the part to be easily removed from the plate without damage and without excess residue.
Suitability:
Additive Grip is suitable for glass, metal, and PEI spring steel sheets. The high-quality foam layer provides precise distribution of adhesive and release agent on printing surfaces. Heat resistance and enhanced wear reduction contribute to the longevity of printing platforms.
Temperature resistance: the agent can maintain efficiency across a wide range of operating temperatures. Optimal adhesion to the print platform with printing materials starts from 60 °C.
After cooling the models, it is easy to remove parts from the base without effort, damage, or residue on the surface.
